By accessing or purchasing from YOUNG • PORTARE • FOLIUM you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase except where a deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Orders & Deposits All orders are final upon confirmation. Deposits on fine art prints are non-refundable and constitute a binding agreement to purchase. Full payment terms for fine art will be communicated at the time of deposit.

Intellectual Property & Resale Royalty All artwork and designs are the copyrighted intellectual property of YOUNG • PORTARE • FOLIUM / Robert Young / Raconteur Seven, LLC. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical print only — not copyright or other intellectual property rights. Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the print for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, creation of derivative works, public performance, or commercial use is prohibited without the artist's prior written permission.

By purchasing a print you agree that any resale or transfer of the physical artwork requires written notice to YOUNG • PORTARE • FOLIUM / Robert Young / Raconteur Seven, LLC and payment of an 11% resale royalty calculated on the gross resale price. The seller must provide buyer contact information and proof of sale within 14 days of resale and remit the 11% royalty within 30 days. Failure to comply constitutes a breach of contract and may subject the seller to legal remedies.

Digital Products All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of digital products is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability YOUNG • PORTARE • FOLIUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
