Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page if your item arrives damaged or defective. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos. We will evaluate and resolve at our discretion. Claims submitted after 14 days may be ineligible for resolution.
Wrong Item Received If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number, photos, and a description. Fulfillment errors will be corrected at no cost to you.
Lost in Transit All orders include tracking. If your tracking has not updated past the estimated delivery date, contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate. Confirmed lost orders will be replaced.
Delivered But Not Received If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us via our Contact page. Resolution of delivered-but-not-received cases is at our sole discretion.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you and work with you to confirm your address. Reshipment costs in these cases are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
Size Exchanges We do not accept size exchanges. Each item is produced custom to order. Please consult the size guide on each product page carefully before purchasing.
Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection.
Shipping Delays Delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. Check your tracking link for the most current status. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us via our Contact page and we will follow up.
Fine Art Prints All fine art prints are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order or deposit has been placed. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Shipping and handling for fine art prints is not included in the listed price and will be invoiced separately prior to fulfillment.
Digital Products All digital products including eBooks are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
